Hi all,
Well, I found 86 words last night with my first anagram game. That's not as much as some people found, but for me, it was a lot. It was pretty easy in the beginning, but it gradually got harder to think of more words. Well, it's at least easier than hangman, keeno or blingo. I'll still be playing hangman, because I do get some right, but blingo and keeno games I can't even do at all. I can't even get to first base with them, so I'll be leaving them alone. I think it's natural that we like games we're good at, hahaha.

Eighty-six!? That's pretty good! I rarely have the patience and time to find that many! Congrats Wonderwoman, I wish I was as good as you! Heehee!

Thanks Caitlin,
well it's a time passer, and like I said, I'm not points happy at all, but i guess it's interesting just to see how many I could rack up, but if I lost them all, it wouldn't bother me in the least. It gets harder the further I go, but one thing for sure, if you have insomnia, trying to think of as many anagrams as the brain can think of will get rid of it for you, it would wear you out eventually, lol.
I'm curious as to how they cheat? Do they have some software program that feeds them the words? I don't have any program to help me with them, it's just me and my brain picking them out, just little ole me.

I think their are porgrams like anagram generators out there that will just give people the words and they type them in. No people, i'm not complaining about it anymore, just answering a question. Seriously, i don't see the point of using those programs. all you have to do is copy words, no thinking at all, which takes the fun out of the game.

I'm not complaining either, just agreeing with Acosha about how pointless it is to bother Cheating. Wonderwoman I'm like you. Not points happy, I don't even have that many points. But I'll play the games if I fel like it, and not care if I lost points. It's fun to play Annagrams when you want to get yoru brain working!

Yes, even just having sheets of paper with the anagrams on them would take all the fun out of it. They really pass the time, and at least the object of the game is simple. I guess that's one reason I don't care for card games, I can't even understand the object or rules of the game, so you can't even win at a game when you don't even understand the object.

wonderwoman, I feel that you would understand it if somebody explained it in the right way.

Hi Acosha,
well maybe, but I think some people just have the mental ability for cards, and some don't. My moms' friend loves card games. I don't know what card games she plays, but she really loves them.

I love cards, but in the case of many games, it took me awhile to get the gist of them. But now I love them, they pass the time and they're something that all my friends or family, blind or no, can do with me anytime, anywhere! Lol ...

Well, I guess if you have the nack for them, they can be entertaining. This computer came with 4 games already installed, free cell being one of them, and I can't remember what the other 3 were, but I found out quick, that none of them were accessible with jaws. It explained how to play each one, but it was so complex, neither my mom or I understood how they were suppose to go. I still wouldn't buy a cd that had just one game on it. It would have to be one with several games on it, so if I got tired of the same game, I could switch to another game. I'm not sure this computer could handle any games being installed on it, because I have a 2.37 gb hard drive, and I'm already down to 612 mb of free space now, and I have a 200 megaherts processor, but since I upgraded my ram, I have 98 mb of ram, which is better than the 32 mb I started with.
One reason I think this computer can't handle games, other than the online games I play on here, and the uk audio network, is because my mom got an audio demo of a lord of the rings cd, and it wanted you to connect to the net when you put the cd in. Mom told me never mind, and when I pressed alt f4 to exit out of it, my computer stuck on something called projector, then the pc froze, so I would be rather leery of cd games now.
